October Festivities!

It seems like October has flown by and as usual I am always way behind on updating my blog.  I have given up keeping up to date, so I guess I will just post when ever I get a spare moment!

We had lots of fun doing all the things you do in the Fall....

UPDATE!!!...end of summer, etc!

We ended the summer with a bang!  We had a fun week with Jason's family, playing at the lake, having BBQ's & enjoying some time together at Connie's cabin.  My kids had a blast with all of their cousins.  We also went to Vegas over Labor day for my new niece's blessing and had a ton of fun seeing all my family!

Unfortunatley the summer came to an end and we are back in to the school, scheduled routine of things.

Gotta love this kid!  He has more energy and spunk then any other kid!  He's a little mischevious at times but that's why we love him, he keeps us on our toes.  He can also be a little sweet heart whe he wants to!

Happy Birthday!

So we have had a busy, fun filled summer, leaving no time to post all the excitement! Before school got out, I got to go on a fun Girls Trip with some friends and had a blast. I forgot how much fun it is to do whatever you want. The weather wasn't to fabulous, but we got to shop a lot! We tried to jump right into summer, but the month of June was rather wet. We had the opportunity to go to Aspen Grove with my Dad's side of the family in June and we had so much fun. There is a lot of family that lives in Vegas we don't ever get to see, so it was fun to spend time with them and for my kids to get to know a lot of their second cousins. Over the Fourth of July Jason's brother Jeremy and his family came up and we spent a few fun filled days together. We went to the lake twice, despite bad weather, watched the NSL fireworks and had a BBQ, went to the pool, and enjoyed spending time together. We also went to Beaver, UT to a Worthen Family Reunion in July that brought all og my Grandpa's siblings and all of their kids together. My Dad's cousin has a large amount of land there and has turned it into a sort of campground so we used the opportunity to get a camping trip in complete with shower's, bathroom's, and food! The kids loved sleeping in the tent. The summer was also filled with several trips to the lake and each time my kids got a little braver in the water. We had lots of fun with Jason's parents who were up there a lot as well. We also took several trips to Lagoon, we tried to go once a week! The kids always had fun! There is still the month of August on my camera so if I ever download them I might post those too! Happy end of summer...I'm so sad, it never seems long enough!
